INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Grated Carrot

1 Cup Grated Long Squash / Bottle Gourd

2 Cups Milk

1 Cup Sugar

3 Tbspn's Ghee

8 Cashews

10 Almonds silvered

15 Dry Grapes

1/2 Cup Almond Paste Raw Khova

1-1/2 Tbspn ( Recipe Below)

METHOD:

1. In Saucepan put Ghee and fry Almonds, Cashews, Dry Grapes & remove.

2. In the same pan add grated Carrot & grated Bottle Gourd, fry for 40 sec. Add Almond Paste and fry till raw smell is gone. Now add Milk and cook 5-8 min.

3. Add raw Khova, sugar & cook for 4 min.

4. Add Saffron strands, Cardamom pwdr & remove.

Refrigerate for at least half an hour and then serve. Raw Khova Recipe : Take desired quantity milk in a heavy bottom pan & boil. Simmer until thick and you have raw Khova. Using Condensed milk quickens the process.
