Hiring Experienced Full time / Part time Administrative Assistant /Receptionist for 2 open position Required Experience: * Experience with PBX system as receptionist * Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) * Experience working with High call volume * Excellent customer service/ Marketing experience required. * Preferred Experience working with Tax Service / CPA firm. * Atleast two years in college or equivalent experience Hiring 5 Full Time / Part time Tax preparer Sales Position. Available to start immediately Previous Sales experience Required and Tax knowledge required This position does not require you to prepare any Tax Returns, but you would be involved in answering customers Questions and Marketing to walk in customers This position involves working on Days, Evenings and Weekends. You would need to answer basic tax related customer questions, provide them fee estimate.
