Umamahesh Iyer - Started learning violin at the age of 5 from Palai Balakrishna Pillai who was an eminant violinist and was known for his unique Style. Umamahesh completed his Arangetam at the age of 9 and later he continued his lessons from Shri. Needumangad Sivanandan , Chertalai , Kerala and Prof. R Thyagarajan of Swathi Thirunal Music college Thiruvanandapuram Kerala.
Umamahesh Iyer has won several prizes in state level youth festivals and Kerala Sangeetha Nataka academy competitions .
Umamahesh Iyer is a Software Engineer /IT Professional and employed in a reputed IT company in a senior management position and Currently lives in Plano TX USA.
Currenlty Umamahesh Iyer is undertaking advance lessons from Shri TKV Ramanujacharyulu, Srirangam Tamilnadu India.
