10 years ago, it was 2003, Sudhir Hirpara opened a grocery store named, “Indian Super Market”, simply named, for it being the first Indian grocery store in the area offering imported goods such as spices, herbs, teas, chocolates, canned goods, a variety of cheeses and yogurts. 10 years later, 2013, Sudhir Hirpara decided to expand his grocery operation to include a healthy vegetarian restaurant.
